ANDORVA was built privacy-first. Every product decision is filtered through one question: would the most private person we know be comfortable using this?

What we collect

We collect only what's required to deliver kits, transport samples, generate diagnostics, and let you consult specialists. Name, contact details, address, payment information, and health data resulting from your tests.

How we use it

Personal data is used for service delivery, communications you opt into, and aggregate, de-identified analytics that help us improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

Health information

Your fertility reports and consultations are end-to-end encrypted. They're visible only to you and the specialist you choose to consult. No third party — advertiser, insurer, or otherwise — gets access without your explicit written consent.

Data retention

You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing privacy@andorva.com. We honor verified requests within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is gated by least-privilege controls and audited continuously.
